Baltimore Lemon Peppermint Stick Fudge

Iconic to Baltimore summers, the Baltimore Lemon Peppermint Stick features a peppermint stick stuck into half of a lemon, providing a wonderful, light taste. It isn't summer here without this 100+ year old treat.

Of course, we had to make our own twist on it. A bright lemon fudge is topped with crushed up candy cane pieces, giving a creamy twist on this local tradition. This fudge is seasonal, so will only be around until the end of summer, so make sure to get it quick! Each container contains approximately 1/2 pound of fudge and a knife for easy serving.
